Returns

Our goal is to satisfy every customer with our wonderful products. If you bought an item from us and wish to return it, we offer a 90 Day Return Policy. The item must have been purchased within 90 days and returned in new condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Send us an email for a return form. We will refund the purchase price once the item/s and return form are received. We do not accept returns for used parts.

Warranties

All items will be warrantied for one year from the purchase date for manufacturing defects. In the event an item is defective, the buyer will pay to have the item returned and once the item is deemed defective by Bostwick Built, we will exchange the item or issue a refund. Items that are damaged from installation will not be warrantied. Bostwick Built will pay shipping for replaced defective items. Send us an email for a warranty form.
